Citizens of Klagenfurt visit Klagenfurt’s virtual library through NFC tags
This benefits from the use of special near field communication technology solutions. This solution established a virtual library for the city and also became a publicity platform for local artists.
Citizens can use their mobile phones to scan NFC and QR code tags all over the city to read free content. The project uses anti-metal NFC tags to ensure the best use of system functions.
“NFC anti-metal tags allow us to flexibly and freely put projects into public places.” Georg Holzer Ingeborg project founder said, “Traditional NFC tags are usually not available on metal surfaces.”
